___Convertered branch takes seats in separate building (the main building of the shop) and consists of four stairwells: loaded, convertered and two poured. Modern oxygen convertered shops are equiped with machine unceasing litho stocking up. The Vertical machine unceasing litho stocking up with sagging of cristallisater requires the significant height a stairwell. The Load stairwell is intended for providing converter by fluid cast iron, scrap, iron ore and gumboil, ferro-alloy for outtart and legire steels and fireproof for repair. Flows cargo these material are organized independently. Scrap and cast iron give on rail fetter, put on worker to platform on mark 8 metres. Under by presenting of scrap before each converter are installed load machines. For potting of cast iron in converters load stairwell is equiped with two bridge taps by cargo-carrying capacity 180/50 tons (under 100 tons converter).
___In convertered stairwell are installed three converters. Simultaneously work two converters is provided. The third is herewith repaired or is found in reserve. The Converters are provided with by system peelings leaving gas, which includes the system of the tap of the gas after leaving from throat of converter and strictly gas clear. The System of the tap gas consists of lifting gasmove (the heater) and caldron — salvaginger, which allows to use the heat leaving gas and simultaneously cool the refined gas before required temperature.
___In oxygen convertered shop use two in principal different schemes of the tap and peelings gas: with beforeburn mono oxides of carbon in heater and without beforeburn. In the first scheme in clearance between throat and heater, undersuckles the air, which oxygen afterburns CO, enlarges the amount a gas and general of entalpying. In the second scheme clearance insulate the of curtain of the nitrogen or water pair and smaller amount of the gas miss through clear and use as fuel. This will reduce the price of the caldron utilizer and system peelings gas. In new shop use, as a rule, this scheme.
